• Additional charges beyond the item price: Shipping fee of ¥1,000 per order. Orders of ¥11,000 or more ship free.

• Payment timing: Your registered payment method is charged once each shipment cycle is finalized.
• Delivery timing: Orders ship within 2 business days after the beerbox order cycle closes, and typically arrive 1–2 days after shipment.
• Returns and cancellations: You may add or remove beers within the app until the beerbox order cycle closes. Cancellations are not accepted after the cycle closes. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is otherwise clearly defective, please contact support@beerbox.beer promptly after delivery and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
