• Delivery timing: ships within a set number of business days after the beerbox order cycle closes, then typically arrives 1-2 days after shipment (reference: 2 business days to dispatch as of this writing; driven by an app setting and may change). Check the app for the current figure.
• Returns and cancellations: You may add or remove beers within the app until the beerbox order cycle closes. Cancellations are not accepted after the cycle closes. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is otherwise clearly defective, please contact support@beerbox.beer promptly after delivery and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
